At Pickleball Nation, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused paddles, apparel, and accessories. If your equipment doesn't help you dominate the court, we'll make it right with a seamless exchange or full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective plastic covers on paddle handles are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
